Nicola joined Jaluch with nearly 20 years HR experience under her belt. Much of her time had been spent in retail however she spiced that up with time in the motor trade and also the residential care home sector. She advises clients on day to day HR issues but is particularly passionate about delivering training to line managers and loves seeing them change their views and develop their skills to manage their staff.

Specialisms: Employment law, redundancies, management development programmes, employment law training.

Strengths: Adopting a common sense approach to resolving issues regardless of how complex they are. Also a great listener!

Interests: Really enjoys dancing, gardening and spending quality time with her family.

Favourite phrase: “I think it’s time for cake!!”

Oh and don’t tell anyone but… She is really spoilt as her husband does all the cooking in her household.
