Emma is very experienced with a 'Jaluch style' down to earth, plain English, practical approach to health and safety which she always seeks to set into the wider business context.
She has worked within health and safety for over 20 years starting out in manufacturing before moving into consultancy and training. Her clients over the years have come from a whole variety of sectors including manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, leisure and services. Her work is varied from developing policies and procedures to delivering engaging staff and management training at all levels and she also carries out business safety audits.
Specialisms: Safety management systems, safety audits, risk assessment and safety training.
Strengths: Her approach is passionate and pragmatic. She is also very knowledgeable, comes up with down to earth solutions and has a great sense of humour.
Interests: Scuba diving, church bellringing (she’s heard all the jokes!) and also loves geocaching with her family.

Dislikes: Health and safety being used as an excuse for organisations not to do something.
Oh and don’t tell anyone but... Emma plans overland journeys mainly by train to various destinations within Europe and North Africa and loves the chance of outlining the routes to anyone who's willing to listen!
