Wayne Campbell
Wayne has experience and qualifications in business management, exercise science, health & fitness and he is also a qualified lecturer. After spending nine years as Operations & Training Manager for a leading health company, he was approached by Derby County Football Club to head up their fitness department and he has since worked as a consultant for other Premiership and Championship Clubs.
In 2006 Wayne decided to combine his expertise and experience by setting up Healthy Performance Ltd who specialise in working with organisations to develop a healthy business culture through various health and wellbeing initiatives.
The Healthy Performance team always aim to exceed expectations by delivering positive, energetic and motivational services supported by quality customer service. They try and be different (in a good way) with everything they do!
Specialisms: Onsite employee health screening, health promotional events, educational workshops, organisational stress audits plus other related health and wellbeing services.
Strengths: Organised, driven, positive and a perfectionist who sets extremely high standards!
Interests: Always learning more and trying to balance a busy work life with his adorable family.

Oh and don't tell anyone but... Since the age of about 10 Wayne has owned several pairs of ‘lucky pants’, which became a key part of his football kit. Due to their success this has developed into an essential part of his business attire for big meetings and important events!!

Healthy Performance work in partnership with clients to improve employee health and wellbeing at work and support client strategies by delivering high quality services. As part of the approach they establish baseline health data, then implement positive initiatives to enhance employee health and organisational performance. This information is then reviewed regularly to ensure their services are adding value.
They closely monitor client feedback and satisfaction as the cornerstone oftheir development from both managers/directors who invest in their services, and the employees who experiencetheir services (e.g. after workshops, promotional days). This is essential to monitor quality and employee experience and results to date have been excellent with 100% of clients agreeing they would use their services in the future, 94% of employees learning something new from their workshops, and 92% suggesting their team are very professional, knowledgeable and motivational. This review will remain a standard part ofa process which will ultimately enable them to develop in alignment with customer expectations and requirements.
The Healthy Performance ‘Code of Ethics’ is used internally so that the team adhere to their ethical and professional approach. A diverse client base includes both a number of small companies but also globally recognised brands including Heinz, Ricoh and BSI.
