Louise worked for many years at Director level as an investment analyst and global equity research and investment head for some of the top investment banking and fund management companies in the UK. However, her passion for helping people to achieve their full potential – through both business and personal development - led her in 2004 to found Witherdens Hall. This boutique, organic Spa Retreat, set in stunning Kent countryside is the perfect environment for clear headed thinking and planning - as well as for great opportunities for fresh air and rest!
As well as running Witherdens Hall, Louise continues working with organisations developing their business strategies - she is therefore one of those people who has managed to create a job for herself that after years of hard graft in a more traditional role, now combines all of her strengths and passions!
