In 2003 Steph experienced significant sight loss which led to her no longer being able to continue in her chosen career. But being a positive person and not to be defeated, Steph set up Making Lemonade, a business that provides organisations with creating accessible recruitment and retention policies and practices, leadership progression for disabled employees and delivering disability awareness training for staff.

Snéha founded Blue Tulip Training in 2002. The initial main focus of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion has extended to incorporate Bullying and Harassment issues. Blue Tulip supports organisations in dealing with the statutory requirements, specific to the Equality Act 2010, especially around implementing: Diversity into Practice and Promoting Dignity at Work.

Paul is a Partner at the Finch Group where he has worked since the 1980's, building up a great portfolio of both private and corporate clients in and around the Thames Valley region. The Finch Group is a well established 2nd generation family owned business which values good customer service and excellent client relations which, as a result, makes it a great cultural fit with Jaluch.

Wayne has experience and qualifications in business management, exercise science, health & fitness and he is also a qualified lecturer. In 2006 Wayne decided to combine his expertise and experience by setting up Healthy Performance Ltd who specialise in working with organisations to develop a healthy business culture through various health and wellbeing initiatives.

Sylvia founded Reward First People Consulting in 2004 after a succession of senior HR/reward roles at British Gas, Balfour Beatty and McCormick (global leader in its sector) where she headed up European Compensation & Benefits. She also tutors for CIPD on their Base & Variable Pay programme and is an independent non-executive director on the remuneration committee of the RICS.

Clive is a talented trainer who can impart complex knowledge and information to suit a wide variety of learning preferences. This has particular relevance when delivering financial training to non-financial directors and senior managers.

Emma is very experienced with a 'Jaluch style' down to earth, plain English, practical approach to health and safety which she always seeks to set into the wider business context.She has worked within health and safety for over 20 years starting out in manufacturing before moving into consultancy and training.

Tiffany set up Devant in 2003 to provide practical and highly effective contractual and commercial management support to companies across various industries. She is an unusual hybrid – as an engineer with a Masters in Business Law, her practical and no-nonsense approach has been invaluable in helping Devant’s clients to structure, draft and negotiate successful deals.

With a background in business services and customer experience, Andrew founded AstonCovert in 2010 to provide clients with a discreet and professional information gathering service. AstonCovert support employers and HR teams with pre employment checks, undercover surveillance (hence the profile picture!) and investigating fraud... they can also provide a mystery shopper service. 

As a solicitor Nigel specialised in employment law. He left private practice about ten years ago to set up his own business specialising in employment law and strategic HR matters. Despite having a distinction from Law School and a Masters Degree in Law, Nigel regards himself very much as a practitioner rather than an academic.
