Workforce Agreement

Virtually interchangeable with the term Collective Agreement, although more often used to describe the contractual agreement in place for a particular group of employees to vary an aspect of the Working Time Regulations. The only way to vary any aspect of the Working Time Regulations other than the maximum working week.
