Protected Disclosure

An employee's report of wrongdoing or suspected wrongdoing by their Company, that offers them protection from any comeback or detriment under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998. To qualify as a protected disclosure the wrongdoing must fall into certain categories, with the most common of these concerning health & safety.
