We would recommend that every contract of employment you issue contains a confidentiality clause. Perhaps just a short paragraph for very junior staff, but a far more comprehensive one is required for senior managers and directors. You might also seek to comprehensively protect yourself if you have PA's or more junior finance staff with access to very sensitive information. And don't wait two months just because you legally have two months from start of employment to issue the contract of employment. You need to be protected from day one.
