Alice Driver - BA (Hons) - Trainer

Alice's experience crosses the diverse worlds of both corporate and theatre with her focus and passion always being on motivating and engaging the people she works with.
Having worked at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London's West End, she uses her theatrical expertise to add an exciting dimension to her courses. When appropriate, Alice also enjoys incorporating theatre disciplines and games into training sessions.
Within the corporate world, Alice has developed training programmes for all management levels from trainee to Board Directors.
In keeping with her love of life and all it has to offer, outside of work Alice loves going to comedy nights, socialising, eating in great restaurants and then running to burn it all off!

Rachel Hancock - BA (Hons) - Advisor & Trainer

Rachel joined the Jaluch team after leaving university with a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology. However, not one to leave the learning behind, she is already back in academia and studying for a post graduate diploma in HR Management.
Rachel is a bit of a research Guru and one of her great strengths within the team lies in her ability to listen to all the views, then reflect and consider rather than jump straight in like many of us!
Outside of work Rachel spent 5 years in a Freestyle dance team that won many medals and has combined that with a bit of street dancing, rock 'n' roll and salsa!

Nicola Smith - Advisor & Trainer

Nicky joined Jaluch with nearly 20 years HR experience under her belt. Much of her time had been spent in retail however she spiced that up with time in the motor trade and also the residential care home sector.
Her approach to work and life is that you can pretty much take something new from every challenge you come across, which is a philosophy that fits in well with the team.
Nicky also prides herself on being able to take the common sense and commercial approach to HR issues, however complex they might be.
Outside of work, Nicky is another member of the Jaluch team who enjoys dancing and food. In terms of dance she like to tap dance and in terms of food she is, in our opinion, spoilt rotten in having a husband who likes to cook for her!

Charlotte Canty - BA (Hons) GRAD CIPD - Advisor & Trainer

Charlotte brings to the Jaluch team her adaptability, tremendous work ethic and great enthusiasm as well as the fantastic experience she gained whilst working in various industries including retail, chemical and transport. Clearly someone who likes to keep things varied!
Making a song and dance about things in her spare time (in the entertaining sense) has been Charlotte’s passion in life since the age of three which provides a great foundation for much of the training Jaluch is now involved in.
And when holidaying, Charlotte prefers warmer climes after developing a snow phobia during a particularly injury-prone snowboarding trip. However, Charlotte is always looking for the next challenge such as the time she climbed Mt Sinai (2285m) in Egypt through the night - wearing flip flops!

Ann Garner - Office Manager

Ann joined Jaluch after spending 17 years in the financial services sector working in customer services.
The particular strengths that she brings to the team are her friendliness and her formidable organisational skills - which, we have to say, are greatly appreciated here!
Setting herself apart from those of us at Jaluch who have two left feet, Ann has recently taken up ballroom and Latin dancing with her husband and is now proudly strutting her stuff on a weekly basis - aiming, of course, for a full set of 10's when they are called up for the next series of "Strictly"... make sure you are watching...!

Nigel Brain - LLM - Business Partner

Nigel is an associate of Jaluch and brings an added depth to our service which means there is no employment law issue that we cannot deal with. Nigel has worked both behind the scenes for our clients and directly with our clients since Jaluch was first established and his style and commercial approach to life are absolutely in tune with how we operate.
Nigel has a Masters Degree in Law and in private practice as a solicitor he specialised in employment law. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is happy to support with both contentious and non-contentious matters. For his sins, he has appeared in over half of the Employment Tribunals in the UK and has conducted over 400 cases. Nigel has also appeared before the Employment Appeal Tribunal on a number of occasions. For particularly difficult or complex matters Nigel is licensed by the Bar Council to instruct Counsel.
As well as pure employment law work Nigel assists companies in unusual and difficult situations including; re-structurings, redundancy programmes, outsourcing, TUPE transfers and offshoring.

John Rosling - Business Partner

John Rosling is the CEO of Shirlaws UK. He is a business advisor, facilitator and strategy coach, working mainly with Boards and Partner Groups to achieve the strategic clarity, vision and laser focus that allows for rapid business growth and for maximum equity valuation.
Shirlaws is an international business coaching organisation that employs around 150 business coaches worldwide. John works with a wide range of clients in the UK and across Europe helping businesses to grow, and developing the skills and performance of their management teams. Current clients include: Colliers International across Eastern Europe; and HSBC, Import Services Ltd, Intermedia Group and Earth Capital Partners in the UK.
John has achieved particular impact working with management teams on strategy, equity value, positioning, channels to market, business efficiency, customer loyalty and teamwork .
John started his career with Unilever in the UK and Japan before moving to Diageo as International Marketing Controller with development responsibility for 113 markets.

Mark Tointon - Business Partner

Mark is co-founder of Aardpress, a Jaluch technology partner. He offers breadth and depth of vision in a constantly evolving market - specialising in e-learning and content management - and promotes a consultative approach to the provision of IT services.
The Aardpress team has extensive capabilities in the rapid development of web-based software applications - in an era where IT projects all-so-often run behind schedule and costs escalate out of control, Aardpress builds on the capabilities of existing open-source technologies - extending their functionality to suit a client's requirements - in meaningful timeframes and to realistic budgets.
Mark is one of only a handful of people in the world to complete marathons on all seven continents and at the North Pole plus a frankly scary selection of other extreme marathon challenges. Subsequent to this ludicrous flurry of activity, daily exercise now revolves around taking his hyperactive dog for long walks.
